• Provide expert knowledge of human factors and usability to influence design of hardware, in particular, SPARC and x86-based server systems.
• Champion adoption of User-Centered Design methods for product development to ensure that products are easy to set up, use, and service; reduce field errors and service calls and drive consistency for product line.
• Conduct iterative usability testing for overall systems as well as components and modules with focus on installation, servicing, troubleshooting, as well as labels and instructions.
